Download or access problems
If a file will not download, a link is missing or an online test does not work, email us with your order number, the product name and your device/browser. We will investigate and help restore access. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Digital purchases do not require a physical return.
Your right to withdraw
For consumer purchases covered by Polish or EU distance-selling rules, you normally have 14 days from concluding the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise this right, use our Withdraw from an order form, or send an unambiguous statement to our email or postal address before the deadline. You may use the wording below, but it is not compulsory.
For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, withdrawal rights can be lost only when the legal requirements for the digital-content exception are met, including prior express consent to early supply, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the right and the required contract confirmation on a durable medium. Simply accepting general terms or opening a file is not, by itself, a blanket waiver. Rights applicable to an ongoing online service must be assessed separately.
Problems with the product
Your statutory rights concerning missing, faulty or non-conforming digital content or services remain available even where a change-of-mind withdrawal exception applies. Depending on the circumstances, these rights may include having the product brought into conformity, a price reduction or ending the contract and receiving a refund. Contact us with a description of the problem and your preferred remedy. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days of receipt where Polish law applies.
Refund payments
When you validly withdraw, we reimburse the payments due without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without additional cost. Other statutory refunds are processed within the deadlines applicable to the relevant remedy. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
After a contract ends and the relevant purchase is refunded, access associated with that purchase may be removed and use of the refunded materials must stop, subject to applicable law. This does not affect unrelated purchases.

Customers outside Poland
Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. If another applicable rule gives you stronger rights, those rights remain in force.
