Use the online tests on your phone or computer
Sign in to your account, open Vocabulary tests, then choose your level and test. Work through one question at a time, calculate your result and return to unanswered questions whenever you need to.
Your online answers, current question and calculated result are saved automatically in the same browser for your account. Progress does not automatically sync between devices. Use Export backup and Import backup to keep a copy or move an attempt to another device. Clearing browser data can remove saved progress.
For mobile use, open the online library directly in Safari or Chrome. The downloadable interactive PDFs are intended for desktop Adobe Acrobat Reader; scoring controls may not work in phone PDF previews.
Print or work offline
Print an individual test or use the complete workbook. You can also download offline browser assessments and interactive PDFs for your computer. Use each format’s save or backup controls to keep your work. Results are not sent automatically to a teacher.
Understand your result
Each question is worth one mark. A score of 30 out of 40 meets this system’s threshold for attempting the next level. The ten tests within each level are alternatives; you do not need to complete all ten.
Some minor spelling differences need human review. Teacher review in the online tests is a local marking aid, not an independently verified result. These independent educational diagnostics sample written vocabulary. They do not assess speaking, listening, pronunciation or overall language proficiency, and do not provide an official qualification.
Access after purchase
Create an account or sign in before purchasing. After payment is confirmed, open My account > Vocabulary tests for the online library and My account > Downloads for the files. Download links are also included in your order email.
Online tests and all listed downloadable formats are included in the same one-time purchase. This is a digital product; no physical book is shipped. Review the usage licence and technical requirements before purchasing.
How long does access last?
Keep the downloaded files for continued use under the licence. Online access has no scheduled expiry date and is subject to the platform-closure procedure in our Terms and conditions.
For a planned permanent closure on the justified grounds set out in those terms, we will give at least 90 days’ advance notice by email, with time to download purchased files and export progress. The terms explain the limited exception where a binding legal requirement prevents the full notice period. Hosted tests and account access end when the platform closes; downloaded files do not reproduce every online or mobile feature. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
